Job Details

• As a Field Marketer, you will drive customer acquisition by promoting their lending products and services in Lagos and Abuja.


• You will execute strategic marketing initiatives, build relationships with potential clients, and conduct product presentations.

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to target areas in Lagos and Abuja for lead generation and sales


• Engage with prospective customers, including individuals, businesses, and organizations


• Achieve sales targets and adhere to client acquisition KPIs


• Develop tailored lending solutions based on client needs


• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies


• Organize community events and workshops for brand awareness


• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competition


• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field


• 4+ years of experience in field marketing and sales in financial services


• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills


• Knowledge of the Nigerian lending landscape


• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment


• Self-motivated and results-oriented
