Job Duties & Responsibilities



  • Timeliness in receipt of materials, maintenance and updating of bin cards / Sage ERP.

  • Handling, tagging and storage of materials in proper locations.

  • Processes order for picking, retrieves and verifies stocks picked at staging area, issues approved materials to requestors.

  • Preparation of close out documents during supplies and ensures that all processes are adhered to.

  • Processing of receipt, issue and related documents.

  • Filing of records of warehouse transactions.

  • Support contribution to national Supply Chain and Warehousing activities (PH HQ, Lagos and Warri)

  • Ensures confidentiality of all records and information and submits monthly report of all Base activities to the warehouse Supervisor, copy HODSC.


Educational Qualifications, Certifications and Experience:


Educational Qualifications:



  • OND/HND/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing or related fields


Experience:



  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in generator handling and maintenance
