Job Summary



  • The role holder will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s digital marketing strategy, and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the web developers and designers in the design (and redesign) of the company website, to ensure continuous functionality

  • Develop and implement the Company’s content strategy to ensure online objectives are met, using a range of techniques including SEO, PPC, etc.

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media handles.

  • Track, and report on, traffic flow & conversion rates; and recommend improvements to the website

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and budgets

  • Develop and manage educational sessions; coordinate webinars and online sessions as required

  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

  • Work on printed material to ensure offline marketing efforts complement online efforts

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information


Education and Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital communications and social media marketing

  • If a Bachelor’s degree is in any unrelated discipline, the candidate must have at least 3 years of experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design


Skills and Competencies



  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

  • Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

  • Understanding of various content management systems, as well as the peculiarities of various social media platforms, to customize content as applicable

  • Ability to design, and recommend improvements to, graphics

  • Strong video editing skills

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • General proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools particularly MS PowerPoint

  • Good project management skills
