Job Responsibilities

• Proposing and driving sales and marketing initiatives


• Good knowledge of up and cross selling techniques


• Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications to customers ensuring compliance and quality standards


• Maintaining proper inventory levels in the store, ensuring the availability of products while managing reasonable stock coverage levels


• Collaborating with the team to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience


• Proactively researches and proposes products for selection / deselection


• Proposing and driving product promotion initiatives


• Continuously coach the sales associate to boost their skills


• Demonstrating strategic mindset for long term value creation


• Regularly monitoring local competition and stay up to date with development and trends in the pharmaceutical field


• Good knowledge of point-of-sales and general store operations


• Working closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist and other team members to achieve the store's operational goals/target while maintaining a cooperative and efficient work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, B-Pharm


• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist


• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, practices and ethics


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills


• Customer centric attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.


• Proficiency in pharmacy software and record keeping systems


• Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment


• As a full time Associate Pharmacist, your standard working hours are expected to range around 50 hours per week.


• Your work will require you to work evenings and weekends
