Role Description



  • Oversee and ensure effective full-cycle employment efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance management, pay role structure and termination of staff

  • Draft professional employment contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOU) and any documents from the office of HR and MD 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy!

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital!

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Maintain payment plan and benefits programme

  • Assess staff training needs to apply and track training programmes

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

  • Stay up-to-date with Nigerian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance, maintain, and build relationships with the labour office

  • Handle labour relations matter and represent Amoga Media in legal disputes (as needed)

  • Write a quarterly cumulative report of SWOT Analysis of all staff and the HR Office monthly report

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree: Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related.

  • minimum of 3–5 years of HRM experience

  • CIPM-certified or equivalent

  • MSc. is an added advantage (Optional)

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Nigerian labour laws and regulations.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
