Oversee and ensure effective full-cycle employment efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance management, pay role structure and termination of staff
Draft professional employment contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOU) and any documents from the office of HR and MD
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy!
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital!
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain payment plan and benefits programme
Assess staff training needs to apply and track training programmes
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Stay up-to-date with Nigerian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance, maintain, and build relationships with the labour office
Handle labour relations matter and represent Amoga Media in legal disputes (as needed)
Write a quarterly cumulative report of SWOT Analysis of all staff and the HR Office monthly report
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: Law, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related.
minimum of 3–5 years of HRM experience
CIPM-certified or equivalent
MSc. is an added advantage (Optional)
Strong knowledge and experience in Nigerian labour laws and regulations.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
