Our client in the Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics industry is looking to hire a Sales Executive (Pharma/Cosmetics) who will be responsible for securing distributors/ wholesalers for the company’s products and moving the account pursuit through the entire sales cycle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing goals, and standards, implementing plans, and providing resources to drive profitability.
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
Leverage client relationships and detailed knowledge of clients’ commercial processes to ensure predictable execution of deals against quarterly and annual targets
Responsible for establishing goals and standards, implementing plans, and providing resources to drive profitability
Meets/exceeds client expectations and drives profitable business growth by delivering client results
Make appointments to present products to wholesalers, pharmacists, existing and potential clients
Persuade clients to buy the company’s products and meeting sales target
Keep detailed records of contacts, sales and reporting information back to the team lead about customer needs
Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
Participate in quality improvement of slow-selling products and program development activities.
Act as a liaison between the customer, and the company for their services as needed
Develop personal relationships/contacts with major pharmaceutical dealers, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals in key areas
Qualifications
Degree in Pharmacy with at least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles in the pharmaceuticals/personal care/cosmetic industry
Demonstrable ability to meet sales/distribution targets, distributors, pharmacies, etc
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
Ability to work with minimal direction and to take the initiative to follow up on customers/clients.
Ability to recognize relationship challenges with customers/clients, and the ability to initiate appropriate action to resolve them
Must have skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
