As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and responding to emails, as well as scheduling meetings and appointments. You will assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities to help our team achieve its goals.


Requirements:



  • Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Previous experience with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
