Position Description



  • The Key Account Officer is an important part of the Business and Sales department which focuses on client retention ratios, sales revenue from existing clients, and top-quality service standards.

  • When there is a new product in the organization, Key Account Officers’ insights and support will be an addition when it comes to achieving our targets and retaining our competitive edge as a company.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Proactively engage with key clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as customer success, sales acquisition, growth, product and engineering to address client requirements and deliver customised solutions.

  • Monitor account performance metrics, track sales activities, and prepare regular reports for management review.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to review performance, solicit feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.


Requirements and skills



  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development roles.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of managing Enterprise clients or HNIs.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
