Responsibilities



  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters including benefits, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist with employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

  • HR certification
