Role Description

• The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning activities in designated client locations which intense proactiveness in preventing clients complaints and prompt resolution of same as may arise.


• He or she will ensure strict adherence to client service level agreement, maintain office Equipment and machines alonside managing budgets, developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring performance, leading and motivating Janitorial staff under your care.

• Bachelor's degree in related field


• At least 1 -2 year of experience in a similar role.


• HND/ BSC required.

• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Excel, outlook, etc.
