Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy that aligns with Companies goals and objectives.

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their success.

  • Propel brand development and positioning to bolster Companies market presence.

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments.

  • Manage integrated marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, social media, events, and promotions.

  • Collaborate with other departments for a cohesive approach to marketing strategies.

  • Utilize marketing metrics to drive data-informed decisions, optimizing activities for maximum ROI.

  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, media, and industry bodies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative strategies.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields (Master's preferred).

  • Proven track record in marketing leadership, demonstrating success in diverse campaigns and initiatives.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with expertise in transforming business goals into effective marketing strategies.

  • Outstanding leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and leading a team.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and channels, both traditional and digital.

  • Proficiency in integrated marketing planning and execution.

  • Strong analytical abilities, skilled in data interpretation and actionable insights derivation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective in influencing and negotiating at various levels.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, dedicated to exceeding targets.

  • Prior experience in garden and landscape or restaurant industries is advantageous.

  • Experience: At least 4 - 5 years in similar leadership roles.


Compensation: Negotiable with a starting range at 450k - 650k NET depending on the experience.
