Responsibilities

• As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Goonite Hygiene, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support both online and field marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads/sales.


• Supporting the management and optimization of online advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to ensure maximum ROI.


• Contributing to the creation of engaging content for social media and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.


• Helping to implement effective email marketing strategies to complement social media campaigns.


• Assisting in analyzing data and performance metrics to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.


• Providing support in creating and executing ideas for video content to enhance brand communication.


• Assisting in shooting videos, creating content, marketing ideas, graphics, and strategies that are relevant to the brand.


• Demonstrating a sense for sales conversion and possessing good marketing skills in both online and field environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).


• Proven interest in digital marketing or a related field.


• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, website).


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Good eye for aesthetics and design.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
