Job Description



A Health- related organization in Kwara State seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Marketing/ Admin officer. 


Responsibilities 



  • Facilitate mass sensitization, awareness, and proper enlightenment, for adequate community penetration of the services. to the public.

  • Engage and identify activities of groups and townships, the organization could leverage on for marketing activities

  • Identify high net worth individuals within the LGA, and community development associations, that can pay for the services, on behalf of their community members, and report back to the organization, on a monthly basis.

  • Carry out registrations for walk in customers, and at their designated venues (in their respective local government, and any other designated centres), as specified by the organization, on a daily basis (for both manual/electronic registrations). Ensure accuracy and correctness of data collected, before submission.

  • Attend to inquiries from prospective beneficiaries/ Orientate walk-in customers, about the services of the organization.

  • Prepare and submit weekly progress report of  activities,  to the head office.


Minimum Requirements 



  • A Bachelor’s degree holder or its equivalent

  • Possession of an MPH or MBA will be an added advantage. 

  • 3 to 5 years experience in related field

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio)

  • Strong written and verbal communication 


Skills and competency requirement: Background in health insurance will be an added advantage.


Preferably a candidate based in Offa, and Baruten LGAs, in Kwara State.
