  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our tech outsourcing services.

  • The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive individual with a deep understanding of technology solutions and a track record of successful sales in the tech industry.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and target potential clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Understand and effectively communicate our tech outsourcing services, including software development, IT support, and other relevant solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and propose tailored outsourcing solutions to meet clients' business objectives.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision makers.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology outsourcing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of technology solutions, software development, IT services, and outsourcing trends.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to travel and meet with clients as necessary.
