Job Summary:
The service coordinator role is intended to promote interaction with our partners and ensure speedy resolution of our partners’ complaints as well as improve overall business interest.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers who require service assistance for the inverters purchased.
- Timely follow-up with Simba Service Centre for swift Product repairs at the workshop.
- Manual/CRM Product Registration and Tagging
- Coordinate and report all complaints as it relates to products and Services.
- Provide Merchandising support to client with a view to promoting product Sales
- Project and submit monthly spares consumption both for In-Warranty and Out-of Warranty
- Ensure product and Spare Parts Sales as per set target
Skills Requirement
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and strong organizational skills.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of products distributed by Simba and after sales support.
- Possesses good communication and problem-solving skills, that ensure partnerships and good relationships with clients
- Proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheets, Power Point etc
- Must be able to communicate (speak, hear and write) effectively to various intellectual levels
