The successful candidate will be required to supervise the marketing team and work closely with the management to develop and increase sales of developed properties. The candidate will also be required to follow up on existing and potential clients / sales leads/portfolio.


Responsibilities:



  • Creating and managing the property listing

  • Negotiate with clients and prospective

  • Conduct market analysis and handle the day to day task associated with the position. 


Requirements:



  • Must be experienced in the field of real estate /development and sales in Abuja.

  • Must have strong customer relationship skills.
