The HR Officer plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's growth through effective HR management. They will be responsible for implementing the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, providing administrative support in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth.
Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address HRrelated issues, promote diversity and inclusion, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively recommend improvements or changes as needed.
Handle other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
BSC / HND in Human Resources or other related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment and personnel management
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization
