This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate corporate commercial at GRESYNDALE LEGAL in Lagos. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to corporate commercial practice. They will work closely with clients, provide legal advice and services, draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and participate in negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate/Commercial Practice


• Expertise in Property Law, Corporate Litigation, Taxation, and Compliance


• Excellent legal research and writing skills


• Ability to provide legal advice and services to clients


• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Good understanding of governance and compliance issues


• Experience in working with corporate clients and individual clients


• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent


• 6+ years experience in corporate commercial.
