  • We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a country ambassador. As a country ambassador, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and driving growth in your assigned/resident country.

  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders within the consumer goods industry.

  • Your main objective will be to create awareness of our products, build brand loyalty, and increase sales.

Responsibilities



  • Represent Pad-Up Creations Ltd. in your assigned country, acting as the main point of contact for all business-related matters.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors activities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers, and influencers.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to distributors and retailers to ensure their success.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to showcase our products.

  • Organize conferences, workshops, and brand awareness programs as forerunners in your country.


Job Requirements / Criteria



  • The minimum qualification required is a First Degree.

  • Social media savvy.

  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned country.

  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s) is required.
