  • As a Night Duty Manager,you will oversee the operations and ensure a smooth and secure environment during the night shift.

  • Your role is crucial in providing exceptional service, managing staff, and addressing any issues that may arise during the night.

  • The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.


Responsibilities


Night Operations Oversight:



  • Supervise and manage all night operations, ensuring standards and procedures are followed, especially food and beverage operations.

  • Ensure all night duty staff are at their duty post as when due.

  • Conduct regular patrols to monitor activities and address any issues promptly.


Guest Services:



  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to guests during the night.

  • Check-in guests, address and resolve guest concerns or requests, ensuring a positive guest experience.

  • Setup breakfast and ensure it is served by 6:30 am


Emergency Response:



  • Be the point of contact for emergencies during the night shift.

  • Coordinate and execute emergency response plans as needed.


Night Audit:



  • Oversee night audit processes, including reconciling accounts, verifying guest information, and generating reports.

  • Ensure accuracy in operational records.


Communication:



  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments and staff.

  • Provide updates on nightly operations and incidents to relevant stakeholders.

  • Escalate incidents to the resort manager.


Problem Resolution:



  • Address and resolve issues that may arise during the night, including guest complaints, maintenance problems, and operational challenges.

  • Collaborate with other departments for effective problem resolution.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel management systems.
