As the Associate Facility/Fleet Officer, your primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operation of the organization’s facilities and vehicle fleet.

Strategical Functions:
Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and optimizing facilities and vehicles.
Evaluate the organization’s current assets, identify gaps, and plan for future needs.
Prepare and manage facility maintenance, repairs, and fleet operations budgets.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate contracts with service providers.
Implement preventive measures and emergency protocols.
Supervise and coordinate driversresponsible for operating the organization’s vehicles, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, efficient route planning, and addressing driver performance issues through necessary training.
Operational Functions:
Oversee maintenance, repair, and upgrade buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
Coordinate renovations, space planning, and workplace improvements.
Purchase, lease, and maintain vehicles for deliveries and transportation.
Develop efficient driver schedules to maximize productivity.
Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
Review service contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
