- The Finance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are posted and reconciled before the 4th day of subsequent month - Bank transactions, Software Partners, Hardware Partners, Clients and vendor transactions.
- Assist in Monitoring and resolving bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences - fx charges, COT, general bank charges.
- Ensure timely completion of financial (Annual), tax and other administrative audits
- Invoice genration and tracking of all receivables/Payables
- Execution or Renewal of all contracts/SLAs/Partnership Agreements
- Payment of Vendors and Contractors
- Arranging Travel, meetings and appointments
- Regulatory and Statutory Requirement renewals
- Supervision of Office Admin, Security Personnel, Vehicle Tracking device, Security Cameras
- Inventory of all company Assets
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance and related disciplines
- Professional Certification is required.
