  • Wildfire Business Solutions Ltd is looking for a talented and motivated Communication Intern to join our growing team.

  • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy across all platforms.

  • You will also serve as the point person for HR communication and act as a central hub for internal and external communications.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Create highquality content for various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and internal communications.

  • Manage all aspects of HR communication, including employee onboarding, announcements, and policy updates.

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Stay uptodate on the latest communication trends and best practices.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 0-2 years of experience in a communication or content creation role.

  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficient in social media marketing and content management systems (CMS) a plus.

  • Experience with HR communication practices preferred.
