DUTIES: 

• Assist in servicing and repair of institute’s vehicles both petrol and diesel engine.


• Perform overhauling of vehicles components.


• Assist in preparing of vehicles for road worthiness.


• Recovery of breakdown vehicles and checking of vehicles for long trips.


• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of workshop and equipment.


• Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION:

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.

COMPETENCIES:

• The ideal candidate must:


• Have ability to handle mechanical equipment in the workshop.


• Be computer literate with good initiative and have ability to work under minimal supervision.
