Job Details
Production Oversight:
- Supervise the entire potato puree production process from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Monitor production metrics such as yield, and quality to identify areas for improvement.
Staff Management:
- Supervise production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and sanitation workers.
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistency and ensure the production of high-quality potato puree.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Regularly inspect equipment and production areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and production output to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience as a puree supervisor in Regional Levels a or a similar role, especially in FMCG.
- Good understanding of puree production.
Work Hours:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- 5 work days weekly.
- Off days.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
