JOB OVERVIEW:



  • To Provide oversight and direction for the overall business operations

  • Drive business growth, expansions and diversification

  • Manage the hotel's brand and maintain customer service standards

  • Drive the corporate culture, boost employee morale and ensure staff retention

  • Drive customer acquisition and ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Monitor all HODs', business performance and ensure compliance to laid down policies

  • Ensure tidy records keeping and submit management reports as at when due

  • Drive maximum occupancy by liaising with new and existing clients for continuous patronage and bookings
