Role Summary



  • The Branch / Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business while also actively engaging in business development activities to drive growth and profitability.

  • A blend of strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic orientation is vital to success in this role


Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:



  • Daily operations coordination

  • Inventory management

  • Customer service and relationship management

  • Health and safety

  • Facility maintenance

  • Quality control.


Business Development:



  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer and income base

  • Develop partnerships to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

  • Market trends analysis and reporting


Marketing and Sales:



  • Find and close deals

  • Liaise with the online marketing team to effectively market the company's products


Personnel Management:



  • Manage the company's employees for optimal productivity


Financial Management:



  • Prepare and manage the company's budgets, track expenses, manage creditors, and provide periodic financial reports as required

  • Implement cost-saving measures to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profit.

  • Monitor and report sales performance regularly and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.

  • Proven experience in the hospitality or FMCG industry with at least two years in a supervisory position

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

  • Demonstrable experience in business development, sales and marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.

  • Creativity and innovation in developing new business strategies and marketing initiatives.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

  • A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceer repeat.
