Description

• We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Freight Payment Officer. In this role, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of freight payment for DCP.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and experience managing freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing haulage payments to CTES customers providing haulage services to DCP.


• Managing truck lease repayments by CTES customers.


• Preparation of CTES financial reports for management information.


• Participate in the preparation of the CTES haulage rebate annual budget.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related discipline


• 9 years of work experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of freight transportation regulations and best practices.


• Knowledge of logistics fleet operations.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of fleet tracking.


• Excel & Power BI skills. 


• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in using transportation management software.
