Job Description
Location: Mainland, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Liaising with the Company distributors
- Plan training Programmes and tours (both physical and online)
- Plan and anchor other events like Leadership Camps and Anniversary events for the Company
- Create Posters for promos, events, and training programmes from time to time
- Prepare skits to promote sales of products
- Supervise Training programs in the Head Office Training Room
- Maintain all equipment in the Head Office Training Room
- Create product promotion content on social media platforms such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Linked and YouTube.
- Come out with strategies to enable sustained growth and spread of the business across Nigeria
- Must have the ability to train on the Company's products and Marketing Plan.
- Be able to administer media platforms like Zoom, Facebook Live etc.
- Must be able to anchor promotional programmes on social media live TV
- Prepare reports from time to time as may be required.
- Administer the control of the Service Centres.
- Supervise all Service Centre Directors
- Answering distributors enquiries and resolving technical issues with their transactions when such occurs
- Lead and train rest of the team on sales orientation
- Develop an infectious culture of business development in the Company
- Innovatively create promos to appeal to Management and distributors
- Review Company's monthly sales performance
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
- Must have 2 years experience in the same or similar role
- Must have Knowledge of the MLM industry and Competitor information
- Must be a good presenter and trainer
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle issues timely to a positive conclusion.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
