As a Call Center Representative at Redeemer’s Health Village, you will be the first point of contact for our patients/Customers, providing them with excellent service and support.
You will handle in bound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the database
Follow communication scripts and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM & ERM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
