Responsibilities



  • Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our construction services, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

  • Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various digital platforms including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Content may include articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Regularly post relevant content, engage with followers, and monitor industry trends.

  • SEO Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and monitor website performance using analytics tools.

  • Paid Advertising: Plan and execute online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.

  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and maintain customer engagement. Develop targeted email lists, design templates, and analyze campaign metrics.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
