  • Select and set up a marketing automation platform that fits our needs.

  • Design and build automated email nurture sequences tailored to different stages of the customer journey.

  • Experiment with A/B testing on subject lines, content, and offers to optimise conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

  • Track and analyse key marketing automation metrics, providing actionable insights.


The Ideal Candidate



  • A skilled marketing automation enthusiast with proven experience (minimum 2 years) in designing and managing nurture campaigns.

  • You're a strong communicator with a knack for persuasive email copywriting.

  • You possess analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing optimisation.

  • You're proficient with marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM is a plus.).


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Nurture Flow Design: Create targeted email sequences that address different lead segments based on their needs and interests.

  • Automation Setup: Implement email triggers, segmentation rules, and workflows within our chosen marketing automation platform.

  • Copywriting: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls to action that drive engagement and conversions.

  • A/B Testing: Experiment with different subject lines, content, and offers to optimise open and click rates.

  • Lead Handoff Collaboration Work with sales to ensure a seamless transition and timely follow-up.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyse key metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions). Generate insights to improve performance.


Requirements


What You Should Have



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of proven experience in marketing automation.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise processes.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM Marketing Automation a plus.
