We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with the ability to work effectively with both retail and service-based businesses. The candidate must be female, live around Lekki and surrounds, and be able to work diligently to drive sales and meet targets. Additionally, the candidate must be creative, with the ability to come up with innovative ideas to grow the business. The role will involve creating online content, so the candidate must not be camera shy. The candidate must also be ready to take on managerial responsibilities.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Provide training and support to the sales team


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
