Job Details



  • Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures that underpin the core functions of the Bumpa platform.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, Legal, and facilities management.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and resource optimization.

  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and operational enhancements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among departments.

  • Establish objectives and key results (OKRs) and regularly evaluate performance against these metrics.

  • Support strategic initiatives and projects aimed at scaling our platform and enhancing Business Owners experiences.

  • Manage compliance and risk management efforts, ensuring Bumpa operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.

  • Develop and maintain budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and tools to succeed.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 5-7 years of experience in a senior operations role in commerce or payments, with a proven track record of leading operational improvements.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management and change management.

  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align operational efforts with organizational goals.

  • Ability to drive distribution efforts and team growth.
