Responsibilities



  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Take minutes during meetings

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

  • Send emails

  • Analysing and reading incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as necessary

  • Preparing documents to be reviewed and presented by the board of directors, executives and other committees.


Requirements



  • Should have excellent administrative skills

  • Great social media skills ( content creation, videos, making post, replying to DMs)

  • Previous experience as an EA or admin assistant is a plus

  • Understands fashion industry trends or previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus

  • Proficient tech and computer skills

  • Ability to manage schedules, appointment,

  • Excellent Client relations skills

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in admininstration or operational related roles
