Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Develop strategic business plan and initiatives to capitalise on market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify target markets, segments, and customer profiles for focused sales and marketing efforts.
Business Development and Lead Generation:
- Generate leads and prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnership to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and to develop new product offerings based on market demands.
- Expanding the Clientele base of the company.
- Drive business development at a high level by constantly developing and implementing measurable and well thought out business development and marketing plan for the company.
- Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by your Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and build industry connections.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the garment manufacturing or fashion industry.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Development Role.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
