Responsibilities:



  • Translate platform vision into a product roadmap that balances customer needs with internal resources

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a compelling and feasible product vision for our platform strategy execution

  • Own and execute end-to-end technical product partnerships with financial institutions to leverage payment rails

  • Be a resident domain expert in one or more of product capabilities and functions/features

  • Communicate progress against the roadmap, product performance across the cross-functional team as well as throughout the organization and growth opportunities

  • Refine product vision based on feedback from end users, support teams, and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Track product effectiveness and continually work toward a tangible and sustained value proposition

  • Build, manage and launch various APIs, including API-based products and services

  • Responsible for the developer experience and overall responsibility for creating and maintaining API Tooling, Developer Portal, and documentation for our users

  • Work with marketing team to develop a marketing plan for the APIs

  • Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner

  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

  • Work closely with the business leads to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

  • Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team


Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



  • A computer science, software engineering or quantitative educational background.

  • MBA is an added advantage

  • Experience with different aspects of payment provider integrations: payment processing, card acquirers, online banking, alternative payment methods

  • 5+ years experience building and managing technical software products

  • Experience managing large-scale platforms or building APIs.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • An excellent understanding of agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
