Role Description



  • This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos.

  • The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing, maintaining and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company's facilities.

  • This includes overseeing janitorial services, building maintenance, repairs, and improvements, monitoring project schedules and reporting on project status to management and other stakeholders.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience

  • +10 years of experience in facility coordination, building maintenance and/or operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety and security standards/protocols and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to deadlines

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus
