We require the service of a Customer Service/ Relationship Officer in ourLagos office at Ikeja. Ideal candidate must be a current Youth Corps member in Lagos. Corps members in need of place of primary assignment (PPA) should apply.
Key Objectives
Inquiry follow-up
Customer satisfaction exercise
Activation of new accounts
Re-establishing of old accounts
Develop in-depth knowledge about company’s services and industry trends
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
Participate in industry fora, and conferences as a representative of the organization
Supervise the prospects and leads database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Business Manager to achieve revenue goals.
Job Requirements
HND / B.Sc in any relevant field (from any recognized university) With a First class or minimum of 2:1
Age: 21-24yrs
Excellent customer service skills
Little experience in the travel industry and good geographical knowledge may be advantageous
Strong computer literacy
Strong telephone and email etiquette
A personable matter and sharp attention to details
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be a femaleapplicant
Must reside around Ikeja or be willing to make the commute
