Main Objective of the Job



  • To assist the Brands & Marketing Head in the execution of long term, implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.

  • To assist drive the achievement of sales awareness targets by implementing campaigns and strategies that will lead to the increase of business growth in Gatimo Apparel


Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcome



  • Implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives

  • Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitors' strategies to inform branding and marketing efforts.

  • Overseeing the creation of compelling content that engages the target audience and communicates the brand's message effectively.

  • Develop and monitor marketing campaigns as it relates to Gatimo apparel, and developing ways to improve those campaigns

  • Submit ideas for experiential marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brand and help meet business target.

  • Work closely with Head brands and marketing to deliver on marketing strategies.

  • Monitor the delivery and execution of marketing promotional items across all stores

  • Assist the Team Lead to organize promotional events for products and encourage brand uniformity across marketing initiatives

  • Any other duties/tasks as may be assigned by the Team Lead


Management Report:



  • Brands & Marketing Store Visit Report.

  • Start, middle and end of the campaign report for in store activities.


Key Performance Indicators



  • Customer satisfaction

  • Brand satisfaction

  • Productivity

  • Lead generation

  • Creativity.


Qualifications and Experience



  • First Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar role

  • Experience in Manufacturing or B2B Business will be an added advantage.


Required Skills and Competencies:



  • Ability to understand buyers’ needs

  • Proficiency in power point and other Microsoft tools.

  • Knowledgeable about sales process

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Creativity and writing skills

  • Good teamwork skills

  • Communication skills and networking

  • Good organization and planning skill.
