Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate attentiveness, a well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, and respect for confidentiality and discretion.
- Verify guests' identification and issue visitor tags.
- Observe and report any unusual or suspicious persons or activities within the reception area.
- Use consecutive numbering to identify the sequential order of files, documents, and correspondence pages.
- Be punctual to work.
- Follow up with the dispatch rider on correspondence to prevent loss.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Ensure the availability of water for a welcoming environment.
- Facilitate easy entry and exit for staff at the access entrance.
- Provide magazines and newspapers for guests.
- Assist with deposit mobilization.
- Carry out any other tasks as may be assigned by the head of the department.
