  • They are currently in need of a Fashion Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, motivating sales and perform good customer service.

  • She will also assist in developing good business strategies to increase business performances when required.


Key Responsibilities



  • Managing overall operations of fashion store, production and all.

  • Sorting and ensuring smooth delivery of fabrics

  • Receiving materials accurately and taking inventory

  • Keeping records of fabrics and materials

  • Preserving and storing of materials.

  • Ensuring that all fabrics are available and restocking when necessary

  • Maintaining store cleanliness.

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services.

  • Creating reports on buying trends, customer needs and profits.

  • Addressing issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

  • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandise standards.

  • Participating in meetings with customers and fabric agents.

  • You may also inspect products (checking for quality) during the design process and when a product is completed.


Key Requirements



  • A Degree in Management or any relevant field

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in management, retail and services.

  • Relevant experience as a retail store manager

  • Proficient leadership skills and business orientation

  • Customer service and management skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good sense of fashion

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take initiative.
