• Record of staff sales and bank payments


• Payment of cash to company account when necessary


• Data entries, stock management, and daily updates of stock journal


• Proper record of Warehouse expenses and maintenance


• Monthly report of staff sales records and expenses


• Daily Report of Stock Movement


• Any other duty assigned when necessary
