Job Summary

• GHR Consulting seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Supervisor for our client, a furniture manufacturing company.


• You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate factory staff to achieve production targets


• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures


• Monitor and optimize production processes to increase efficiency


• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans


• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members


• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• OND / HND or BSc in a relevant field ( Engineering, Technical or related)


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a factory setting


• Proven leadership and management skills


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
