Responsibilities

• Develop and implement distribution strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.


• Oversee the transportation of products/services to distribution centers and end-users.


• Monitor and optimize distribution costs to maintain budgetary guidelines.


• Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.


• Evaluate and select appropriate distribution channels to reach target markets effectively.


• Implement quality control measures to ensure products/services meet company standards.


• Analyze distribution data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


• Manage a team of distribution staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


• Proven experience in distribution management, preferably in the IT industry.


• Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
