  • The Assistant Medical Director will play a pivotal role in supporting the Medical Director in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of medical staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications



  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.

  • Active medical license

  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Proficiency in medical informatics and healthcare technology.

  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
