Job aim:


You have responsibility for driving revenue and sales objectives in Wine & Spirits category.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop pricing strategies through review of competitive pricing reports.

  • Devise and implement mapping, zoning and routing in all markets.

  • Management of key customer relationships/accounts to drive profitability.

  • Clearly map out RTM plan per market/region to ensure availability and visibility.

  • Preparation of regular Sales Forecasts in line with current market trends.

  • Carry out research to identify new market opportunities.

  • Analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance with key responsibility to drive sales target.


Requirements:



  • 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with top level decision makers, distributors and all internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze and translate insights data.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically.

  • Demonstrated understanding of distributor management and the ability to manage people at a high level in organizations.

  • High level of wine/spirit industry and product knowledge.

  • Excellent oral, analytical and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
