Qualification:

• HND/ First degree in Business Administration.


• Professional certificate is an added advantage


• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).


• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.


• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.


• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.


• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.


• Account Reconciliation


• Receive and process warehouse stock products


•  Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits


•  Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization


•  Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to the branch operation Admin


• Report any discrepancies


• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices


• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers


• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment


• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations


• Performs other duties by the line manager.


• Candidate must be Hausa or able to speak Hausa fluently for diversity and inclusion balance.
