Job Overview



  • We are looking to fill the role of a Business development executive who will be responsible to build the business into a sustainable and profitable brand.

  • We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to contribute to the achievement of our business growth objectives.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

  • This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet them.

  • Make recommendations to the Marketing team on sales strategies for improving profit and projecting the Company’s brand

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for client pitches.

  • Carry out market research to advise the Company on product price points, trending gadgets, industry standards, and competitor advantages and implement customer surveys.

  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our presence in the market.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.


Salary



  • N78,000 monthly.
