Job Details

• Develop and implement deposit mobilisation strategies that align with Graines CMS's business objectives.


• Lead a team of deposit mobilisation officers and ensure that their activities are aligned with overall business objectives.


• Monitor and report on the progress of deposit mobilisation efforts and provide strategic recommendations to management.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that deposit mobilisation activities are integrated with overall business operations.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in deposit mobilisation.


• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members of CMS, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies.


• Manage the budget and resources for the deposit mobilisation team and ensure that activities are delivered on time and within budget.


• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.


• Proven experience in deposit mobilization, agency banking, or related roles within the financial services sector.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
